Here is another possibility for a buyer of 100M+ cranberries. It is interesting because after the seller diligences the paperwork, buyer gets the full SGS report before any POF. From that you escrow and inspect. My contact works directly with the sellers, and says they have been active as mandates for some time prior to becoming principals. The price is middle of the road, at 25.41 including 10%. 46% is available starting with me, so it looks like my contact is taking 4% of the buy side.
