We are looking for suitable companies in India (and other markets as well) to distribute the brands of gloves that we are supplying.
I'm sharing the product decks for review.
Following are the commercial details:
MOQ - 1mn boxes.
We can start with smaller, trial shipments.
Payment terms - 100% LC payment.
(We can certainly discuss suitable/feasible terms, and arrive at mutually acceptable method).
Delivery commencement - in 30 days (expected to be sooner)
Pricing -
a. BESTSAFE - USD 8.50 CIF India by Sea.
b. NordixDNA - USD 9.00 CIF India by Sea.
We can offer FOB Thailand as well.
The reseller partner will receive documents confirming Authorised Reseller status.
The reseller partner company information will be listed on the brand's website as well (in case required).
Any subsequent purchase requests received will be routed through the reseller partner to service for the market.
No more than 3-4 will be appointed for India.
To start we will require:
LOI, KYC and the Corporate Profile of the proposed company.
