• L/C is transferable because L/C is transferred to factory / manufacturer from AH's bank. This will be visible on L/C draft as well.

• Seller is an allocation holder and based in Malaysia. The company has been trading commodities such as sugar, rice, perishable items and sand in large volumes globally for several decades now. They also provide investment services. The principal is a very wealthy entrepreneur and an adviser to (a country in Asia) High Commissioner to Malaysia.

• Seller has been working with multiple glove manufacturers like Kimberly Clark and Ansell since the beginning of Pandemic

• We speak directly with the authorized seller mandate

🚨 *S.O.P.*

0️⃣ NCNDA - Buyer, Buyer Mandate, 3 intermediaries and Seller Mandate (with open box for Seller who will sign later after Buyer submits paperwork)

1️⃣ *[OPTIONAL]* Comfort call between Buyer Mandate / Buyer and Seller Mandate can be arranged if required

2️⃣ Seller Mandate will email Buyer & Buyer Mandate details of seller & other relevant disclosure.

3️⃣ Buyer issues ICPO addressed to named allocation holder. If Buyer is Proxy, then along with ICPO, proxy buyer needs to submit Letter of Authorization from End Buyer (Funding Entity)

4️⃣ Seller (AH) issues FCO addressed to Buyer for Buyer's Acceptance.

5️⃣ After FCO is signed by buyer, Buyer Proofs up via MT199 swift message sent to seller's bank (Maybank, MA) *(OR)* Valid BCL

6️⃣ Once funds are verified, Seller provides SPA draft along with verifyable proof of allocation documents

7️⃣ Bilateral 2% Bank Based PB is set up and L/C draft is generated & mutually approved

8️⃣ L/C opened and released against SGS & Lodging of Goods at Origin Port (FOB) against transfer of title

Price cannot be marked up to more than USD 9.50 per box and 50% of markups needs to be shared with seller side. All this is open to negotiations in regards to any special considerations for any special deal requirements.
