Bollore then will confirm that (Buyer's Company) has an account with Bollore.
And then Bollore will send an email to (Buyer's Company)
confirming that the seller is 100% real and reliable.
Bollore will also confirm that the seller will deliver product to
its bonded warehouse based on the contract which will be signed between
(Buyer's Company) and the seller.
*The Seller won't provide any SKR before (Buyer's Company) issues DLC fully as
it's not a stock kept in the bonded warehouse of Bollore*,
but will be delivered to the warehouse regarding the SPA and DLC.
Bollore is the guarantor in this deal.
2) After receiving confirmation from Bollore, Buyer will open up irrevocable,
non-transferable, non-divisible DLC upon signing the SPA.
3) Seller then will deliver cathodes to the bonded warehouse of Bollore in Zambia.
4) After SGS inspection at the warehouse of Bollore,
