5. Seller provide the FCO

6. Buyer to countersign the FCO and ICPO released to Seller

7. Seller to provide PI within 24 hrs to buyer

8. SPA by both parties upon acknowledgement of the sales & orders

9. Acknowlegement letter from Factory on the orders with AH and end Buyer - contract to be signed by three parties.

10. 30% Deposit by TT/ Unconditional Irrevocable Transferable LC.

11. LC verification by Sellers within 36 hrs.

*Allocation letter from manufacturer together with delivery schedule will be provided*

12. SGS inspection will be done on the materials prior to manufacturing.

13. After manufacturing, SGS inspection will be carried out on the goods in Thailand factory before shipment.

14. Buyer can do their own SGS inspection. After clearance of LC the stock can be sent to the port for shipping.
