2. Submit LOI by the buyer
3. Seller arrange a zoom call to the buyer attorney (double confirm the SOP and discuss the SPA content and LC term and inspection issues, etc.)
4. Sign SPA (both seller and buyer)
5. buyer issue the LC Draft
6. buyer issue an offical LC to seller
7. buyer arrange SGS inspection and/or visit the warehouse for stock checking
8. buyer release payment by LC after SGS & have shipping documents & invoices, etc. (and seller release the commission)
9. buyer arrange logistics to pick up the goods
