  Buyer sends back a signed and stamped copy of the SPA on mutually agreed terms and conditions.

 Seller issues a Proforma Invoice and Buyer signs and returns.

 Seller provides Proof of Allocation. 

 Buyers LC activate IRR Transferable Assignable Divisible Revolving LC.

 Goods Enter into Production.

  Buyer gets an Invitation for Inspection of Goods at the Warehouse.
