1. SIGN NCNDA ( if need ).

2. Buyer send LOI + POF

3. Seller gives FCO + SPA + PROFORMA INVOICE

4. 3 parties will sign SPA: Buyer – Factroy – Logistic company. 

5. Buyer issue LC 

6. Seller ready good. 

7. Buyer send SGS. 

8. Logistic company will delivery the good by air.

9. Once the good arrived CIF airport buyer need to release the 100% LC to transport company. 

10. DELIVERY: MOQ monthly 2.5 millions boxes
