USG GLOVES
I. Pre-order Manufacturing USG gloves:
- 1M - 3M carton for 12 months; Price: USD $6.80/box, FOB China
- 3M - 9M carton for 12 months; Price: USD $6.50/box, FOB China
- 9M - 18M cartons for 12 months; Price: USD $6.40/box, FOB China
II. Payment term: 100% LC, split/revolving (minimum 3 months each recurring)
III. Conditions: Seller will deposit 2% to the bank guaranteed by the bank for the opening of the Buyer's LC.
IV. Delivery: 1st delivery (on the 15th day after completing L/C

1) Buyer issues NCNDA (with Buyer's Gateway ID), LOI, LOA (Letter of Authorization), BCL or ATV (if MT199
2) Seller issues FCO - Buyer signs FCO and issues ICPO
3) Seller Release Draft SPA
4) Buyer/seller zoom meeting & share Attribution Letter.
5) Buyer signs SPA, Seller issues proforma invoice
6) Buyer opens LC
7) Factory Production starts (first delivery within 15 - 25
day)
8) Buyer arranges SGS inspection and is responsible for inspection cost.
9) Payment released aft
