4. Seller issues SPA (within 3 working days ).
5. Buyer – signs SPA (validity 3 working days).
6. Buyer – does his own verification with the manufacturer and informs Seller via email (1 working day).
7. Buyer – issues final (ICPO) (2 working days).
8. Seller – issues Proforma Invoice and Draft ESCROW/SBLC/ITRDLC.
9. Buyer – opens SBLC/Escrow/ITRDLC sends details to Seller.
10 Seller– informs Buyer to arrange SGS 3 days before stock readiness.
11. Seller– facilitates SGS & send reports to the buyer.
12. Seller - arranges shipping of goods to buyer'ss required destination.
13- *For SBLC/Escrow* - Buyer will check the goods quality, quantity, (another SGS by buyer if need) then happy with goods and release payment.
14. *For ITRDLC* - Payment will be drawn *"At Sight"* immediately upon submission of shipping documents.

SBLC - Valid total contract tenure with 2 months’ value funded
MT766 after the products are received at buyer’s destination.
*Option 2*
Escrow payment
Escrow payment to be released after goods arrive at port of destination.
*Escrow funds value to be equivalent of 1 month's production/supply value. Seller will draw the amount after every monthly shipment. Buyer to ensure Escrow account is replenished with the next 1 month's production/supply value equivalent. Buyer to always maintain equivalent of 1 month's production/supply value in Escrow account.*

*Confirmed Irrevocable Transferable, Divisible LC (ITRDLC) at Sight*
Payment will be drawn immediately upon presentation of shipping documents.
